La Villetta is situated in a panoramic position in Lacona, in the municipality of Capoliveri, just two kilometers from the fine sandy beach, one of the largest on the island.

The house is located in a very quiet residential area called Lacona, from which the structure takes its name, in the municipality of Capoliveri, one of the major tourist areas of the island and just 9 km from Portoferraio, which makes it a secluded seaside resort but not too far from the main centres. The golden sandy beach of Lacona is suitable for families and lovers of water sports, in fact it has services such as rental of sunbeds and umbrellas, windsurfing, motor boats and various equipment.

The villa is part of a terraced complex and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor we find an equipped kitchenette, spacious living room, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the mezzanine, divided into two sleeping areas: the first with three single beds and the second with a double bed. Furthermore, the structure is equipped with an equipped outdoor space.

Important Notes:
- the road to reach the villa is unpaved
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not permitted
- check-in in our Agency from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
