Normally being less crowded beaches, they are perfect for those who love tranquility and are interesting points for snorkeling or underwater fishing.

The villa is about 150 square meters large and is completely independent; it is spread over one level, has four bedrooms with air conditioning, for a total of 8 beds, the master bedroom has a bathroom with shower, another bathroom with tub completes the house; the large and bright living area opens onto the vast magnolia garden.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (applied to groups of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed on request, with a supplement of € 30 on the final cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
