You will be a few hundred meters from the Bay of Nisporto, a cove of sand mixed with pebbles with clear water of about 200 meters, equipped with a beach and restaurant. The seabed that slopes gently towards the open sea makes it an ideal location for families, and its seabed and the varied stretch of coast nearby are a perfect destination for lovers of snorkeling or boat trips. Also nearby is the renowned Nisportino or the beautiful Gulf of Bagnaia from which to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on the island. Here you will find a place immersed in nature and far from the most touristic places on the island. The property is accessed by a gate, and the villa remains protected and surrounded by the park for exclusive use. From this large equipped sea view terrace, you access a bright and relaxing living area.

Internally the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one single, and two bathrooms with shower and bidet.

The villa boasts a pleasantly breezy seafront location just 150 meters walk from the beach, with private access via a pedestrian path immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub.

The property offers a high standard of services and has been recently renovated to ensure a stay of quality.

Important Notes:
- groups or couples of young people under 25 are not allowed
- for the use of the outdoor BBQ, it must be left clean after each use, otherwise we will have to withhold 50 euros from the security deposit
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small medium/sized pets allowed with a supplement of € 30 for cleaning (maximum 2 pets)
- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
