We offer our guests a large apartment with fine finishes inside a historic building, which offers a unique view of the Darsena and its Gulf. Experience the charm of the centre, overlooking a marina full of boats and yachts, and its lively and picturesque hub. Boutiques, bars and restaurants are right below our apartment and a short walk from two beautiful beaches located within a marine reserve known for scuba diving.

Capital of the Island of Elba, Portoferraio is a natural inlet protected from the winds, surrounded by unforgettable views, an ideal starting point for exploring the warm and pristine waters of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. Portoferraio has been famous since ancient Roman times and for its unsurpassed contributions to the Medici Grand Duchy and the exile of Emperor Napoleon. Today, its picturesque streets and historic 16th- and 17th-century fortresses mirror Florence, but Elba's capital is also remembered in the myth of the Argonauts as Porto Argos.

MAIN FLOOR:

You will find two entrances, main and service. A large living room with sofas and armchairs, smart-TV, with 2 floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea, dining room, a complete kitchen with table, chairs and service room, fully equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave , TV, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge. Also available to guests is a laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Heating and air conditioning.

A master bedroom suite with 2 windows and a floor-to-ceiling window, all overlooking the sea, private bathroom with shower and bathtub. A second bedroom with an iron double bed and a 17th century stone fireplace. A single bedroom and small bathroom with shower.

The large wooden staircase leads to the attic floor and a magnificent covered terrace overlooking the sea.

ATTIC:
It consists of a comfortable living room and large work space with smart TV, desk, armchairs, bookcase. A cozy double bedroom with wooden steps. A Twin bedroom with original wooden beams, bathroom with shower.

The property is completed by the antana, a characteristic panoramic terrace on the roofs, equipped with chairs, overlooking the bay and the ancient fortress of Volterraio on one side and the Napoleonic theater and Medici fortresses on the other.

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in is 25 years (aimed at groups of Young people, family welcome)
- we do not recommend the structure for people with mobility problems
- heating and air conditioning €15.00 per day (mandatory)
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property; it will be requested either in cash, or half in cash and half by credit card (if it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
