Villino Rita offers our customers the possibility of a relaxing holiday in the Elban countryside, but not far from services and the sea.    

La Villetta is located on the outskirts of Portoferraio in a quiet and strategic position, a couple of kilometers from all services and the first beaches, such as the beautiful beach of La Biodola with very fine sand. In the same property we rent the Studio Bel Giardino 2 beds on the ground floor. It is an area immersed in the green of the Mediterranean scrub, an ideal location for trekking and nature lovers.

It consists of a living room with kitchenette equipped with gas burners, refrigerator and electric oven, living room with double sofa bed and TV, a bathroom with tub and shower and a small bathroom, there are 2 bedrooms, one double, the another with a double bed and a single bed.
The accommodation also has a washing machine, equipped outdoor area, barbecue, wood oven and private outdoor parking.

Important Notes:
- groups or couples of guys under 21 are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
