At our guests' disposal a villa with independent access in the locality of Schiopparello, just over 1 km from the beach overlooking the Gulf of Portoferraio. Nearby you can find bars, restaurants, Conad supermarket and other services. The property is surrounded by greenery with vineyards and olive trees.

The property comprises entrance hall, living room with double sofa bed and LCD TV, kitchenette with electric hobs, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, openable veranda, equipped for outdoor dining, large basement garden used as a laundry area with shower, sink and washing machine.

- from the beach of Schiopparello: 1,200 mt - from the beach of Lido di Capoliveri: 4,5 km - from the beach of Lacona: 7 km

Important Notes:
- medium pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our Office from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 30.00 must be paid
