Villetta Bagnaia is the perfect solution for lovers of nature, outdoor activities and the sea. The town, which overlooks the gulf of Portoferraio, offers all of this. Its beach, reachable on foot in a few minutes from the house, offers stretches of free beach but also an establishment where you can rent umbrellas or sunbeds. This side of the north coast offers enchanting sunsets with an incredible view of Portoferraio and the Volterraio Castle. The perfect destination for snorkelling, diving, sailing, canoe excursions and the rental of motorboats or dinghies, Bagnaia lacks nothing. At your disposal are restaurants with sea view, market, pharmacy, children's playground near the beach and every Saturday morning, a typical market of the island of fresh fruit and vegetables, clothing and objects.

The house is surrounded by a green and well-kept garden, completely fenced and with a large patio equipped for eating outside.
It is accessed through the kitchenette equipped with gas burners, electric oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. The large and bright living room is composed of comfortable sofas and armchairs and a large wooden dining table. The living area is equipped with air conditioning. The sleeping area consists of a double room with a small en suite bathroom and a second double room. A second bathroom with shower is also available.

Important Notes:
- groups of children under the age of 21 are not permitted
- the rental must be for a maximum of 4 adults or 3 adults + 2 children
- small pets allowed with a €30 supplement on final cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): €200.00 refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our offices from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
