Ideal for a family stay or for a relaxing holiday, this prestigious villa offers a spectacular view of the sea from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets on the island.
Located on the first hill of the capital, it is halfway between the beaches of the Costa Verde (Prunini at 700 m, Sansone at 3.5 km) and those of the Costa Bianca of Portoferraio (Sottobomba at 1.5 km and Capo Bianco at 2 km), glimpses of authentic beauty, both free and equipped. Perfect area for lovers of e-bike excursions, snorkeling or for those who love trekking.

Internally it offers a rustic but well-kept and modern environment, in respect of the Tuscan tradition. On the main floor you will find a large built-in kitchen with induction hobs and double sink, on its right a laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Through an arch you enter the immense and bright living room with sofa corner (they are not a bed but 3 children sleep there without difficulty) fireplace and wall TV, comfortable dining table.
Upstairs the sleeping area consisting of 3 double bedrooms all with access to the terrace that surrounds the first floor. There are two bathrooms, both with shower cubicles, one is inside a bedroom.
Outside the property in the scannafosso small outbuilding with queen size sofa bed with private bathroom.
The property is fenced (not completely) and closed by a gate, offers multiple parking spaces, one of which is covered and large outdoor spaces designed with charm for outdoor dining or relaxing in the hot tub.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 23 years of age are not allowed
- check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM; for check-in after 8:00 PM a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a supplement of €30 for cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): €500.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 PM)
- bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
