Detached villa, located in a very quiet residential area just a few minutes' drive from some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, supermarkets and the historic center of Portoferraio.

The property is completely fenced with an entrance with an automatic gate and consists of the main body of the villa plus an outbuilding. The villa has three double bedrooms, two of which with an extra single bed, two bathrooms with shower and eat-in kitchen. The annexe has a double bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower. The property includes a large enclosed garden with outdoor furniture for outdoor dining (including barbecue) and private parking spaces. Pets are accepted on request, with supplement.

- from Biodola beach: 7 km; from the Ghiaie beach 5 km; from Sansone beach: 7 km; from Lacona beach: 6 km

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not permitted
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small/medium sized pets allowed - deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)

For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio. Travelers on foot are asked to inform our staff so that we can organize an easier key collection.
