- The minimum age for groups of children is 25 years old
- People with small pets are allowed to rent on request with a supplement of € 30
- Deposit (mandatory): 1000 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - Check-in not before 17:00
