A stone's throw from the villa, along a short path on the sea, you can reach the tiny beach of Lamaia, not very crowded, surrounded by the Mediterranean nature and absolutely "wild": relax in magnificent solitude and swim in the small well protected gulf.

To reach the villa by car you have to take a road, as seen on Google Maps, a typical road of Elba, sometimes unpaved and characterized by curves.

The villa, of an aesthetic simplicity that refers to a refined good taste, is articulated on two floors.

On the upper floor is located:

2 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom.
