Apartment located on the eleventh floor of a famous building on the port, served by a lift. It offers an incredible view of the Gulf that opens up to the horizon, you will feel like you can touch the sky with a finger, and of the old town that is fortified nearby (the town center and its picturesque seafront can be reached in 800 meters).
Portoferraio is one of the most fascinating places on the island of Elba, located on the north coast, and is the main city of the island. Its port, one of the oldest and most important in the Mediterranean, is an ideal starting point for exploring the island and its natural wonders. Visitors can admire Forte Falcone and Forte Stella, two imposing fortifications that dominate the landscape and tell the story of Portoferraio during the Renaissance period. The beach can always be reached in a short distance, from Ghiaie it is about 500 meters via a path covered by porticoes and a tree-lined avenue.

The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, both spacious and bright, one of which has access to the panoramic terrace (only the main bedroom is equipped with air conditioning). The bathroom, with a contemporary design, is equipped with a shower and bidet. The living area is large and welcoming, with an air-conditioned living room with a sofa and armchair, a dining area and a modern and well-equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge with freezer, oven and dishwasher. A practical study allows you to store your beach equipment or suitcases. The terrace, which extends along two sides of the apartment, offers an extraordinary view that will leave you speechless, so much so that it will be difficult to want to leave. Even if the apartment does not have a private parking space, the area is well equipped with two large free parking lots.

Important Notes:
- registration is required even if there is no overnight stay but only a short stop (even less than an hour), therefore we inform guests that it is necessary to communicate in advance any guests present in the facility
- groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- animals not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
