The property has two entrances, on the back side there is an unpaid parking space 60 meters away, subject to availability. It is a residential area where peace and tranquility are at home. The beach is famous for the incomparable beauty of its seabed, the turquoise waters that seem to take us to a Caribbean setting with the south wind and its particular white pebbles smoothed by the sea. In the background, the Scoglietto is now a biological reserve that enriches the flora and fauna of our site: a paradise for those looking for fresh, clean water and for lovers of snorkeling. Idyllic area to reach the center that in the evening becomes a romantic marina with all services thanks to the Ztl.
The terrace gives access to all the apartments, each with an entrance equipped with a coffee table and a parasol, but which must allow passage to the neighbors. The space at the back is also shared with the other guests where there are further tables with chairs, space to relax, games and outdoor equipment.

Apartment A - 2 beds
This small two-room apartment is the first thing you encounter as you step onto the corner patio. It consists of a living room with sofa and kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with window, shower box and bidet.
The small room at the front is furnished with a table, chairs and a parasol. From the living room and from the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful sea view.

Apartment B - 2/4 beds
This two-room apartment is located in the second position by accessing the terrace overlooking the sea, and is more spacious than the others. It consists of a living room with a modern corner kitchen, two joinable single beds and a dining area, a renovated bathroom with a shower cubicle and a bidet, and a spacious double bedroom.
The small space at the front is equipped with a table, chairs and umbrella. From the living room and from the terrace you can enjoy a splendid sea view.

Apartment C - 2/4 beds
This two-room apartment is located in the third position by accessing the terrace overlooking the sea. It consists of a living room with kitchen, two single beds joined together and a dining area, a renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet, a bedroom with two single bridge beds.
The small space at the front is equipped with a table, chairs and umbrella. From the living room and from the terrace you can enjoy a splendid sea view.

Apartment D - 2/4 beds
This two-room apartment is located in the last position by accessing the terrace overlooking the sea, it enjoys greater privacy not having the passage in front, as well as a larger outdoor space thanks to its corner position. It consists of a living room with two single beds, bathroom without window with shower and bidet, a double bedroom. The peculiarity of this apartment is that, although small, it has a separate kitchen from the living room.
The front space is equipped with a table, chairs and umbrella. From the living room, bedroom and terrace you can enjoy a splendid sea view.

Important information:
- groups of guys under the age of 21 are not admitted (family welcome)
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros to be paid by credit card, if payment is made in cash, the refund of the deposit cannot be made before 3.00 pm on the day of departure; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property
- bed linen and towels: 20 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in: from 16.00 to 19.00; for check-in after 20.30 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
