We offer our guests a home in a historic building, built on the rocks of the tip of Portoferraio, where sea, history and magic merge to leave an indelible memory. It won't just be a holiday, it will be an experience! A few steps from the Linguella Tower and 50 meters from the Grigolo beach, you will be in the part of the center convenient to all services, and you will feel pampered by the terrace overlooking the Gulf and the Darsena, from where you can admire an incredible panorama, with spectacular sunsets and sunrises, reminding you every moment that you are on an island, surrounded by the infinity of the horizon.
It is an exclusive location, where man's ingenuity has met nature, building a house overlooking the sea, on a natural inlet protected from the winds, respecting the context and the surrounding environment.

Bright historic house, by the sea, free on 3 sides arranged all on one, offering 180 m2 of interiors and 100 m2 of terrace.
It consists of a double entrance, a living room with a double sofa bed, a large well-equipped kitchen and a dining room. The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms. A bathroom with bidet and bathtub with walk-in shower. Large terrace overlooking the sea, from which to enjoy a breathtaking panorama, equipped for eating or simply enjoying the sound of the sea in the relaxation area equipped with a table and a rocking chair.

Important Notes:
- rental for up to 6 adults and 2 children under 12 years
- minimum age to check-in 25 years (aimed at groups of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- from about mid-June to about mid-September in the evening from 19 to 8 in the morning the road will be limited traffic
