Our property is the result of a recent renovation, respecting the rustic context where it is located, modern furnishings and latest generation comforts were chosen. 
Bright and with attention to detail, the harmony of the internal environments is also found outside where its large terracotta terrace is surrounded by a lush garden. Equipped with table and umbrella, it is perfect for enjoying outdoor lunches and dinners. The location is off-road (near the provincial road that connects Portoferraio to Marina di Campo) but quiet because it is elevated. Within a 6 km radius you can reach different types of beaches, from the wonderful white pebbles of beaches such as Ghiaie, Sansone or Capo Bianco; to beaches of fine, golden sand such as Biodola or Campo all'Aia.
It will be able to guarantee you a holiday of rest and relaxation.

Internally it develops on a single floor, raised ground, and boasts 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. It accommodates 6/8 beds, where there can be a maximum of 7 adults, or for families a maximum of 6 adults accompanied by two children. At guests' disposal a living room with double sofa bed and a modern, well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are 3 bedrooms, a small one and a half, a main double room and a twin room. We have two bathrooms, the main one with a glass shower cubicle and a small service one with a hand shower. Parking spaces inside the property.

Important Notes:
- rental for a maximum of 7 adults or 6 adults accompanied by two children
- attention, groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed
- small/medium sized pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30, on request
- deposit (mandatory): 500 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our offices from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid.
