Our property is the result of a recent renovation, respecting the rustic context where it is located, we have chosen modern furnishings and the latest generation comforts.
Bright and with attention to detail, the harmony of the interior spaces is also found outside where its large terracotta terrace is surrounded by a lush garden. Equipped with a table and umbrella, it is perfect for enjoying lunches and dinners outdoors. The location is a junction (near the provincial road that connects Portoferraio to Marina di Campo) but quiet because it is elevated. Within a radius of 6 km you can reach different types of beaches, from the wonderful white pebbles of beaches such as Ghiaie, Sansone or Capo Bianco; to beaches of fine golden sand such as Biodola or Campo all'Aia.
It will be able to guarantee you a holiday dedicated to rest and relaxation.

Internally it is developed on a single floor, raised ground. It hosts 4/6 beds, where the maximum adults can be 5, or if families maximum 4 adults accompanied by two children. Guests have access to a living room with a double sofa bed and a modern and well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms, a master double and a twin bedroom. We have a bathroom with a glass shower. Parking spaces inside the property.

Important Notes:
- rental for a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults accompanied by two children aged 12 years or younger
- attention, groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed
- small/medium-sized pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30, on request
- deposit (mandatory): 500 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
