We are at the foot of Monte delle Poppe, an area surrounded by greenery but very close to the road that connects the Portoferraio side (the capital is only 3 km away by car) to the Costa del Sole and the rest of the North Coast of the island. You will be comfortable to reach the wonderful Gulf of Biodola with its golden sandy inlets, or to treat yourself to a dive into history by visiting the Villa of San Martino. This proposal is unique in its genre, as it was renovated in 2024 with the idea of ​​a Country Chic restoration, where the modern blends with the surrounding environment respecting a Farmhouse from the early 1900s,

It is located on the ground floor and is spread over a surface area of ​​50 internal square meters all on one floor, in a cool but sunny position. The living area consists of a modern kitchen where there is a dining table and a double sofa bed. The double bedroom has a garden view and has a double window. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and bidet. The washing machine is present and is located inside a closet. Externally you will be surrounded by a large shared garden: hedges, a century-old vine (hence the name of the apartment), spontaneous vegetation and fruit trees. The entrance is tiled and it will be possible to park the car. The outdoor space will be equipped with a table for eating, and there is also a comfortable fountain available for guests when returning from the sea.

- groups of young people under 21 are not allowed
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
