La Tenuta is a fantastic location immersed in the countryside of the island of Elba, a two-family house where everyone enjoys a private entrance on two different sides, an environment suitable for those looking for a holiday in contact with nature, listening to its noises and getting lost in its colours. Choosing this property even for just a few days means finding time for yourself and the desire to know and discover all the wonders that our area has to offer. Being in the heart of the island allows you to be comfortable and central for visiting various sides of the island. In a few minutes by car you can easily reach some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, such as those of Barabarca (3.5 km), Felciaio (1.5 km) and Norsi (2.5 km). The equipped beach of Lido Capoliveri can be reached on foot (950 m).

Recently tastefully restored, it will guarantee you a holiday dedicated to rest and well-being. Internally it develops entirely on one floor (we point out the presence of 3 steps to access the apartment), the land, for a total surface area of ​​50 m2 plus uncovered areas. We tried to give continuity between the environment and the outside thanks to the windows where you can admire the garden and the surrounding nature and the choice fell on natural materials such as wood and exposed stones. Large living room with double sofa bed and well-equipped kitchenette. Comfortable double bedroom. Bathroom with raised shower cubicle and bidet. The veranda is the strong point of the structure, it will allow you to enjoy the outside sheltered from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. Large garden shared with the property, outdoor shower and brick BBQ for the exclusive use of guests.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 23 years of age are not permitted
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 10.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
