It has all the comforts for a relaxing holiday: private parking space, large outdoor area equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners, fresh and slightly hilly position.
Marina di Campo is the seaside resort of the island that does not need much publicity, remember that it is also the ideal starting point to reach the golden beaches of the Costa del Sole: Cavoli (6 km) and Fetovaia (9 km).

It consists of a living / dining room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, two bathrooms with shower.
Large equipped porch and small outdoor area in front of the entrance of the villa used for a parking space, second parking space about 50 meters away.

Important Notes:
- rental to groups of guys under the age of 25 is not permitted
- small pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30.00 on cleaning
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 (for check-ins after 20.00 a supplement of 50.00 euros is required)
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
