Villa sleeps 4 + 5th place for a child under 12 years old
Completely independent and fenced, it consists of an independent entrance and garden. For our guests a living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with tub including box. Patio equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners. On request, additional 5th bed for a child under 12 years old.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (for groups of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets of any size are allowed, with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
