Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 years are permitted paying a double amount of security deposit
- check-in in our Agency from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00 
- Pets welcome small/medium size with a supplement of 30 euros
- Deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; Refund after handing over the rental property and checking the accommodation (if you pay in cash, the refund will not be made before 3:00 p.m.)
- Bed linen and towels not included: these can be booked directly when booking for a price of 20.00 euros per person or brought from home;
