An external staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find a large living room with relaxation area and fireplace, an adjoining dining room enriched by large windows that make the room pleasantly bright, and a large fully equipped built-in kitchen. The sleeping area on this floor consists of a first double bedroom, a twin bedroom, which leads to a second double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower cubicle with independent access. From the living room, via a corner wooden staircase protected by non-slip pads, you can reach the upper floor where there is another double bedroom, with its private bathroom with Jacuzzi and access to a wonderful terrace. Large outdoor spaces equipped for eating, barbecue, and exclusive use swimming pool of 12mx6 with outdoor shower and sun loungers.

Important Notes:
- we guarantee the opening of the swimming pool from 20/05 to 20/10
- check-in from 17.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- 1 pet allowed, small size, with supplement
- as in all our properties smoking is prohibited inside them
- deposit (mandatory): 500 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
