The Villa can guarantee the customer a comfortable and pleasant holiday; It is spacious and carefully furnished with functional furniture. It is located in one of the most renowned locations on the island, Fetovaia, a place where magic and silence meet, creating a postcard landscape without giving up the services of a tourist beach equipped with all services. Protected from the winds and covered by the typical Mediterranean scrub, it offers wonderful views of the various inlets and the granite boulders of Monte Capanne behind it, as well as spectacular sunsets that it is impossible not to fall in love with. It is one of the best known sandy coves on the island, thanks to the crystal clear, turquoise water and golden sand. The gulf is sheltered by a long promontory which, mixed with the sea and sand, creates an unforgettable work of art.
It is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday in a comfortable setting but immersed in the greenery and quiet of the hill and not far from the sea; the exclusive position allows you to fully enjoy the beauty of nature and the quiet that surrounds the property.

The house offers 7 comfortable beds and an internal surface area of ​​120 square meters. The large terracotta terrace that covers three sides of the villa, sometimes covered with reeds to ensure shelter from the sun during the hottest hours, adds to the large internal living area consisting of a dining room, sofa corner and mezzanine with study room and recreation. The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms, one double, one twin with joinable single beds, one bedroom with bunk beds and one single bedroom. There are 3 comfortable, completely renovated bathrooms available to guests, one with a shower and one with a bathtub on the ground floor, and a service bathroom in the mezzanine. The property is completely immersed in the park, not fenced, animals are allowed on request and the responsibility falls entirely on the owners of the animals themselves. Private dirt road with 2 parking spaces adjacent to the villa and a very comfortable BBQ area where you can enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners.

Important Notes:

- groups of guys under 25 years of age are not permitted
- paid air conditioner for consumption exceeding 20 kwh per week (€1 for each extra kwh consumed, withheld from the security deposit or paid directly at check-out)
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed on request, with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros (the property is not fenced)
-* the BBQ area must be used with care, as it is immersed in the park, fires must always be lit and extinguished, and it is strictly forbidden to use it on windy days
- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
