Villa directly on the sea, in front of a centuries-old tamarisk 30 meters from the Ogliera beach, where in addition to sunbathing, with two strokes (about 40 meters from the shore) you can snorkel on an old wreck inhabited by a large number of sea inhabitants.
The villa, completely restored in 2017, was built on the last strip of land before the sea, facing west to contemplate the spectacle of Mediterranean sunsets on the facing Corsica.
Behind the villa an enchanted landscape: the small seaside village (Pomonte), where life flows with the rhythms you expect during the holiday, a landscape of very high environmental value, marine offshoot of the Elban mountain, which with its thousand meters of splendid granite peak, protects its largest and most spectacular valley to the north.
Those who do not know this place will struggle to get a precise idea, the sweetness and brightness of the landscape will certainly surprise you.

The villa of about 200 square meters of which 25 square meters of terrace overlooking the sea, is arranged on two floors and accommodates a maximum of 8 people.
On the First Floor for our guests there is: 1 Living room with large windows overlooking the sea on three sides, 1 terrace equipped for eating and relaxing outdoors and which can be accessed via an independent external staircase. We also offer: 1 Kitchen, 1 Double bedroom and 1 Bathroom with shower cabin. An internal staircase connects the ground floor to the first floor. As for the Ground Floor: 2 Double bedrooms with sea view, 1 Double bedroom without sea view, 1 Bedroom with two bunk beds without sea view, 1 Bathroom with shower cabin. There is also an external staircase that allows you to access the terrace on the first floor independently.

Important Notes:
- The rental must be for a maximum of 8 people
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- rental to groups of young people under 25 years of age is not permitted
- Rental to people with small/medium-sized pets is permitted, on request with a supplement of €30
- Deposit (mandatory): 1,000.00 euros; refunded at the end of your stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- check-in in our offices from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and check-out by 9:00 am for check-in after 8:00 pm a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
