Villa directly on the sea, in front of a centuries-old tamarisk 30 meters away from the Ogliera beach, where in addition to sunbathing  you can snorkel.
The villa, completely restored in 2017, was built on the last strip of land before the sea, overlooking the west with spectacular Mediterranean sunsets.
Behind villa there’s an enchanted landscape: the small seaside village (Pomonte), where life flows with the rhythms that you expect during the holiday,  landscape of high environmental value,  which with its thousand meters of splendid Granite peak,protects its largest and most spectacular valley.
Who does not know this place will struggle to get a precise idea of it, but surely will be surprised by  the sweetness and brightness of the landscape.

The villa of about 200 square meters including 25 square meters of terrace overlooking the sea, is arranged on two floors.
On the First Floor for our guests there is: 1 Living Room with large windows overlooking the sea on three sides, 1 terrace equipped for outdoor dining and resting and which can be accessed by independent external staircase. We also offer: 1 Kitchen, 1 Double bedroom and 1 Bathroom with shower cabin. An internal staircase connects the ground floor to the second floor. As for the Ground Floor: 2 Double Bedrooms sea view, 1 Double Bedroom not sea view, 1 Bedroom with two bunk beds not sea view, 1 Bathroom with shower cabin. There is also an external staircase provides independent access to the second floor terrace.
Ample outdoor spaces for parking within the property.

Important Notes:
- Rental must be for a maximum of 8 people
- It is not allowed to rent to groups of young people under 25 years of age
- It is allowed to rent to people with pets of small/medium size, on request with an extra charge of 30 €
- Deposit (mandatory): € 1,000.00; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- check-in at our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 for check-in after 20.00 must be paid an additional fee of € 50.00
