Apartment complex with assigned parking space 80 meters from the very convenient Marina di Campo seafront, with its clubs and its long golden sandy beach

The tourist center of Marina di Campo is characterized by a long and beautiful sandy beach, a lively promenade along the seafront and a series of restaurants, shops and bars that make it the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. On one side, one of the most famous and largest beaches on the island of Elba, with fine sand and crystal clear water; a picturesque old town with narrow streets, squares and traditional buildings and a lively port, the beating heart of the city, where boats arrive and return from the island. You can take boat trips to explore the coast, go snorkeling or even rent small boats.

The Orizzonti apartments are in one of the best locations in the city, you will not find discos with music until late at night, but you will still be very close to the main street (80 m) and its beach (150 m). They are part of a complex with a private entrance closed by a barrier where inside each apartment has a private parking space assigned (unsupervised). They are all apartments with one or more rooms and located either on the first or second floor of the building. They are all air-conditioned and have kitchens renovated in 2023 with induction hobs.

Mono N° 2 - 3/4 beds plus terrace (1st floor)
It offers a double bed, a single bed and a possible sofa bed for a child under 12 years old. Bathroom with shower cubicle, wall-mounted hairdryer and bidet. Terrace for exclusive use.

Mono N° 10 - 2/4 beds plus terrace (1st floor)
It offers a single room with a double sofa bed. Bathroom with shower cubicle, wall-mounted hairdryer and bidet. Terrace for exclusive use.

Mono N° 18 - 2/4 beds (2nd floor)
The bathroom has a beautiful window and a small wall-mounted hairdryer. It is a studio with a sofa bed with trundle bed base and a double bed to the right when entering.

Mono N° 22 - 3 beds plus terrace (2nd floor)
Studio on the second floor with double bed plus single bed with ceiling fans and terrace for exclusive use. A bathroom with shower and bidet and in this case a small window.

Studio with mezzanine n°13 - 5/6 beds (2nd floor)
It is located on the second floor. It is arranged on two levels. In the living room you will have a single bed plus a single pull-out bed and a double bed, a kitchenette with dining area and an equipped terrace for exclusive use. Bathroom with shower and bidet, as well as wall-mounted hairdryer. Going up a spiral staircase, you will find a mezzanine with a double bed and a window.

Bilo n°4 - 3/5 beds (1st floor)
This two-room apartment is located on the first floor, you enter the apartment finding the bathroom with window, shower cubicle, bidet and wall-mounted hairdryer on the left. Living room with double sofa bed and single bed. Double bedroom with window and ceiling fans.

Bilo n°6 - 2/4 beds plus terrace (1st floor)
From the entrance we find the living room with double sofa bed and TV, access to the terrace for exclusive use. Continuing on the left is the bathroom with large window, shower, bidet and wall-mounted hairdryer and a double bedroom with ceiling fans and window.

Bilo n°8 - 2/4 beds plus terrace (1st floor)
The living area offers a single bed as well as a single pull-out bed with ceiling fans and air conditioning. Double bedroom with window. Terrace for exclusive use. A bathroom with shower and bidet which in this case is on the left when entering.

Bilo n°9 - 2/4 beds plus 2 terraces (1st floor)
Located on the first floor of the building, the living room offers a double sofa bed, ceiling fans as well as air conditioning and a second terrace for exclusive use. Double bedroom with large window and access to the first terrace.
This is the only apartment with a double terrace, and in case of emergency a 5th camp bed can be added for an additional fee.

Bilo n°14 - 3/5 beds plus terrace (2nd floor)
In this case, the bathroom has a beautiful window and a wall-mounted hairdryer. It consists of a triple room with ceiling fans (double bed plus single bed) with a beautiful window and a single sofa bed plus a single pull-out bed in the living room and ceiling fans. Terrace for exclusive use.

Important notes:
- the obligation to check in is necessary even if there is no overnight stay but only a short stop (even less than an hour), therefore we inform customers that it is necessary to communicate in advance the customers present in the establishment
- For groups of young people, the minimum age for check-in is 21 years (on request also younger, with payment of a double deposit)
- check-in at our offices from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out before 9:00; For any check-in after 20:00, a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets accepted with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having checked the condition of the accommodation (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 p.m.)
- bed and bath linen: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
