We are about 1.5 km from the beach of Straccoligno, in the municipality of Capoliveri, on the southern coast of the island.  Straccoligno is the perfect destination for those who are looking for a peaceful vacation, immersed in the typical green of the Elban countryside. 
In a few minutes by car you can easily reach some of the most beautiful beaches, typical of the southeastern side, where unspoiled nature frames the coves of fine sand bathed by the typical crystal clear sea of the island. 
There is no shortage of panaromic spots, such as the coast of Gabbiani and Acquarilli, enchanting places to enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
Just a few minutes drive away you will find the lively towns of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri, both of which offer excellent fresh seafood restaurants, sea-view bars, music and colors that will accompany you on your summer evenings.

You enter the cottage through a glass door to the bright living room, consisting of a kitchenette equipped with gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer and coffee pod machine. In the living room you will find a dining table, double sofa bed and LCD TV. The sleeping area consists of a spacious double bedroom and a smaller twin bedroom. A bathroom with shower and bidet is available. The cottage is fully fenced, suitable for those who choose to travel with their 4-legged friend, with barbeque and as many as three parking spaces, ideal for those traveling in groups.

- from Straccoligno beach: 1.5 km; from Naregno beach: 4km; from Lido di Capoliveri beach 7 km.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- small pets allowed with an extra charge of € 30.00 on cleaning
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 an extra charge of € 50.00 must be paid
- security deposit (mandatory): € 200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: € 20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
