Villino Norsi is a detached house which can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults + child just 500m from one of the most beautiful and unspoiled beaches of the island, the beach of Norsi. Immersed in the green of the Mediterranean scrub, thanks to its wide open spaces, it guarantees maximum relaxation for guests.
The house consists of an entrance with a small equipped kitchenette, a living room with two folding single beds as well as a sofa (6 seats) with TV and an equipped dining area. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double with en suite bathroom with tub and shower, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and its own bathroom. Underlying the property, there is an independent outbuilding also for the entrance, with kitchen, bathroom and double sofa bed with possible extra armchair-bed for a child.
The property is accessed by a gate. 

Certainly suitable to satisfy even the most demanding customers, the single-family house is perfect for families and for those who want privacy, without giving up the convenience of a strategic position to get around the island, in fact you will be 10 km from Capoliveri and 11 km from Portoferraio, on the Golfo Stella coast.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under the age of 25 are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30.00 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 500 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
