Villa overlooking the Gulf immersed in a garden of olive trees, in an equidistant position between Margidore and Lacona, a few km from the intimate Norsi

Lacona is certainly one of the most popular destinations on the island, equipped with all services and particularly suitable for families with children. It is the second longest beach on the island and boasts a coastline of fine sand which with the mistral wind becomes a real swimming pool. A place of true peace. The other beautiful inlets of this coast with breathtaking views are also a short distance away, including Margidore (1.2 km) and Norsi (3.5 km). It is not very close to the sea, but the walk is pleasant, a fairly flat route. It is possible to cut the route via dirt paths. 

Completely independent sea view villa, sleeps 2/4 (rental for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children)
The villa, simply furnished in a rustic style, is immersed in the quiet of the surrounding nature.
It develops entirely on one floor, the ground, where we find a double bedroom, a dining area with gas kitchenette and bunk bed. Bathroom with built-in shower and bidet. Property surrounded by an unfenced garden and olive trees. 

Important Notes:
- groups of children under the age of 21 are not permitted
- if the BBQ is used, it must be turned off carefully and left clean after each use; it should absolutely not be used under the roof
- check-in in our offices from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a supplement of €30.00 on cleaning, on request (property not fenced)
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
