Available to our clients in a private location surrounded by dense wild vegetation, central to the various beaches that the Capoliveri area has to offer. This is the most varied stretch of coastline on the island, where you can find long sandy shores or intimate coves of sand or pebbles, all characterized by crystal-clear waters and breathtaking views. 
It is also the ideal location for lovers of nature and quiet, being surrounded by greenery and being close to various coves that retain the charm of authentic Elba: Stecchi, Barabarca, Zuccale, Morcone or L'Innamorata, Felciao, Naregno and the beach of Lido di Capoliveri, equipped instead with all services. The two nearby towns are both of unparalleled beauty: Porto Azzurro looks like a fishing village, while Capoliveri is an ancient hill town overlooking the sea. Its proximity to Mola beach makes it a perfect destination for travelers with pets (small pets allowed), as it is a beach dedicated to them. 

Villino of 65 square meters inside plus large outdoor spaces, the decor evokes a typical Tuscan atmosphere, it is developed all on a raised ground floor and is free on 4 sides. The entrance is private from a porch terrace equipped for dining that overlooks the large courtyard and BBQ area. Internally it consists of a living room with kitchenette and dining table, two bedrooms one double and one with two single beds, large bathroom with shower stall and bidet.

Important notes:
- groups of young people under the age of 21 are not allowed 
- office check-in from 15.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 10.00; for check-in after 20.00 an extra charge of € 50.00 must be paid
- air conditioning extra charge euro 7 daily, to be paid and requested on the spot
- small pets allowed with euro 30 surcharge on cleaning 
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00 hours)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
