"La Valle Incantata" is a villa consisting of two independent apartments, immersed in the verdant quiet of the Elban countryside.
It is located a stone's throw from Capoliveri (the town can be reached by car in 3 ') and very close to the delightful beach of Madonna delle Grazie (also reachable on foot in 10' via a country path), as well as to other renowned beaches on the side. such as Morcone, Pareti, Innamorata, Straccoligno. It is surrounded by a large land of relevance, with olive and fruit trees. The stay in this house guarantees a holiday in absolute tranquility, and also at fairly cool temperatures thanks to the high ground and the surrounding vegetation. You can enjoy a splendid sea view with breathtaking sunsets, and admire the stars in the evening while listening to the song of the crickets.

2 bed-room apartment 4/6 people - FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor of the villa, it consists of a large living room with open kitchen, two sofas (one of which is a bed), a dining area overlooking a large panoramic terrace equipped with deck chairs and a table with rattan chairs. Then we find a bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with two single beds; both bedrooms overlook the large terrace through French windows. Two bathrooms, both with windows, and both with crystal shower in Amalfi blue.

2 bed-room apartment 5+2 people - GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor of the villa the rental must be for a maximum of 5 adults accompanied by two children, it consists of a large living room with open kitchen (where we also find an additional bed), a dining area overlooking a large porch equipped with a dining table and deck chairs. Then we find a bedroom with a double bed, and a triple bedroom (with a French sofa and a single bed (* in the photos you see a double room that has been modified). Both bedrooms overlook the large porch through French windows. Two bathrooms both with walk-in showers. Large porch for outside dining.

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in 25 years (for groups or parties of young people)
- rental for a maximum of 11 adults + 2 children
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- animals not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 600.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
