We are located in Rio Marina, just 1 km from its charming seafront, a small and picturesque port town. Rio Marina is the ideal destination for those seeking a quieter, less touristy corner of Elba, where they can experience an authentic island lifestyle. The coastline of Rio Marina is one of the most fascinating on the Island of Elba, known for its pristine natural landscapes, crystal-clear waters, and a variety of beaches and coves. This coastline stretches along the eastern part of the island and is famous for its wild beauty and the historical remnants related to mining, including the town beach itself, Cala Seregola (5 km away), Spiaggia dei Topinetti (3.5 km away), Punta della Contessa, and Spiaggia di Ortano (5 km away).

The Villa With Amazing View is spread over two floors and accommodates up to 7 people. The ground floor features the living area, and the upper floor houses the sleeping area. The total area is approximately 200 m² (150 m² excluding outdoor spaces). The villa is elegantly and tastefully furnished, blending shabby chic style, which combines rustic, lived-in details with sophisticated elements. The design features elegant furniture and soft colors, creating a welcoming and timeless atmosphere.
Access to the property is via a large terraced outdoor space, equipped with deck chairs, an outdoor dining table, an outdoor shower, and a hot tub. The living room includes a fireplace, sofas, armchairs, and a large TV, along with a well-equipped kitchen featuring an oven and dishwasher. There is a first full bathroom. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. There is one triple bedroom and two double bedrooms available for guests. The two bathrooms on the upper floor include one with a bathtub and the other with a floor-level shower. On the first floor, there is also a magnificent porch with arches that open up to a breathtaking panorama of the Rio Valley and its gulf, surrounded by the silence of nature.

Important Notes:
- Groups of young people under 25 years old are not allowed.
- The fireplace cannot be used.
- Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; for check-ins after 8:00 PM, a supplement of €50.00 is required.
- Pets are only allowed in small sizes, with a cleaning supplement of €30.
- Security deposit (mandatory): €1000.00; refunded at the end of the stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM).
- Bed and bath linen: €20.00 per person (must be requested at the time of booking); not available for booking on-site.
- If the outdoor BBQ is used, it must be cleaned after every use (for neighborhood rules); otherwise, €30 will be deducted from the security deposit.
