The 65 sq.m house is completely independent and  surrounded by spacious green areas overlooking the spectacular sea and coast .
It’s located in a panoramic and quiet location but you can walk to the pretty village of Rio Marina, known for the most renowned restaurants and pizzerias on the sea,  very quickly  by a short footpath of about 600 metres.
It is also just a few minutes walk from the small and charming beach of Gennaro and other quiet  beaches.
You can have meals outdoors and rest in a wonderful natural setting.
The interior is made up of a living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a  bathroom.
The décor is simple and comfortable, perfect for a  holiday to get away from it all and even for out of season breaks.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years for groups of guys
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small/medium-sized pets allowed with a cleaning fee of €30
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
