The small detached home named "Santa Petronilla" is located just outside the historic centre of Capoliveri, in a panoramic position over the Gulf of Mola, yet in quiet area only 3 km away from the beach and the medieval town, especially charming and lively in the summer evenings.
The house is completely fenced and equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining and relax. The interiors consist of a double bedroom, a room with a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with dining table.

- from the beach of Barabarca and Zuccale: 2.5 km; from Morcone beach: 3.5 km; from the Madonna delle Grazie beach: 3.7 km; from the Innamorata beach: 5 km; from the Lido di Capoliveri beach: 4.5 km

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (for groups of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a supplement of 30 euros
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
