Villa Francesca is a sea view house divided into 3 residential units, immersed in the greenery of the Rio side with large open spaces accompanied by the colors and silence of a land where you can breathe the scent of olive trees and vineyards
Very popular location for those seeking tranquility, breathtaking views and by hikers. Do not miss the Hermitage of Santa Caterina, a small stone church, where it is possible to view the Botanical Gardens with a rich variety of plants typical of the Mediterranean maquis and an ancient orchard saved from possible extinction. You will be comfortable to reach the entire eastern side of the coast that shines, with the inlets that reach from Rio to Cavo, both that of Capoliveri with its small coves and its sandy beaches, or the suggestive beaches of Porto Azzurro, finding yourself at half between these and Rio Elba and Rio Marina. At 5 km the marvelous beach of Barbarossa, and at 6 km the suggestive Terranera or Ortano on the opposite side.

A short distance away is a laundry room where there is a washing machine shared with other villas.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets of any size allowed on request, with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Large and clean apartment, excellent location and price.
Very spacious apartment, excellent cleanliness, possibility of accommodating four more than comfortably. The location is also excellent: sufficiently isolated and quiet but not at all difficult to reach (unlike many remote apartments and structures on the island) and at the same time very close to the main beaches and towns in the area. Private parking space in front of the entrance and presence of air conditioners both in the kitchen/living room and in the bedroom, small but great conveniences that help make the stay much more relaxing. The owner of the house was always very kind and available to give advice and meet our needs. Recommended from all points of view.

Everything fantastic!
Mrs. Lorella is a kind, attentive and caring person. The location of the house has a sea view and the interior is well cared for. It enjoys tranquility and proximity to Porto Azzurro, Rio Marina and Cavo. Really recommended.
