Cavo is a resort located on the east coast of Elba Island, one of the best-known islands in the Tuscan archipelago. Cavo's history is mainly linked to the mining activities that have characterized the island of Elba for centuries. In particular, the area has been an important iron mining center since ancient times. Although mining has ceased today, traces of this past are still visible in some areas of the island, through old mines, tunnels and old industrial plants.

Over time, Cavo has also become a resort town, beloved above all for its tranquility and the charm of its coastline. The town itself is a small village that still retains its authentic character, with stone houses, narrow streets and views that open out to the sea.

It represents one of the most authentic faces of Elba Island, with a perfect balance of nature, history and tradition. Whether it is a walk in the green, a relaxing day at the beach or an excursion to discover the old mines, Cavo offers the opportunity to immerse oneself in a unique and evocative experience, far from the crowds, but still full of emotions.

The property is independent, fenced, and surrounded by large gardens, and each apartment has its own side equipped with table, chairs, and umbrellas for exclusive use. They offer maximum 6 beds total both, one is located on the ground floor and one on the second floor.

Ground Floor - Sleeps 6/7 (Maximum 6 adults + child)

Consists of large rustic living room with kitchenette equipped with induction burners, and French sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one triple (with bunk beds) and one double. There are two bathrooms, one service and one complete with shower and bidet. In the garden, in addition to a drying rack and a private BBQ, guests can also use an outdoor shower.

First Floor - sleeps 4/6 + 1

It consists of large rustic living room with kitchenette equipped with induction burners, and 2 single sofa beds as well as a pull-out single. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms both with double beds. There are two bathrooms, one service bathroom and one complete with shower and bidet. The apartment offers a balcony and a part of the garden equipped with a drying rack and dining area, as well as a private BBQ.

Important Notes:

- minimum age to check-in 21 years old (aimed at groups of young people)
- in case of use of the outdoor BBQ (pay attention to its proper turning off at each use), the same must be left clean at each use, otherwise we should withhold 50 euros from the security deposit
- check-in at our offices from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; for check-in after 20:00 an additional fee of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a surcharge on cleaning of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on the spot
