We offer our guests a three-room apartment inside a property that can only be accessed by residents and guests, a stone's throw from the sea and the seawater and freshwater swimming pools; within the complex there is a restaurant, pizzeria and snack bar, bazaar, tennis court and beach volleyball court, WIFI connection areas, deckchair and umbrella rental.

We are in Capo d'Arco, an area of ​​coast suspended above the sea and immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub on the Cannelle promontory, a 15-minute drive from the wonderful city of Porto Azzurro.

A unique place where Nature reigns supreme and the places convey peace and harmony, all just 400 metres from the sea.

The "Casa Luisa" apartment sleeps 4 is located in the group of two-storey houses called "Il Pino", is on the first floor without a lift, consists of a large living area, sofa area, well-equipped kitchenette with window; the living area has two French windows that give access to a small square terrace where you can dine and another balcony, both with full sea view; double bedroom and a small bedroom with a single bed and a second pull-out bed; complete bathroom with window, plus a blind bathroom with sink and toilet, closet with washing machine. Private parking space.

Important notes:
- The swimming pools and services (bar and minimarket) are open to the public from mid-May to mid-September, in other periods they are NOT accessible.
- Deckchairs and umbrellas for a fee within the complex (it is not possible to use your own). The closest center to the complex for shopping is Porto Azzurro, which is about 5 minutes by car.
- a maximum of 4 people can stay in the apartment
- Rental to people with pets of any size is not permitted
- Deposit (mandatory): 200 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- smoking is prohibited in all our facilities
- Groups of young people under 26 years of age are not allowed - families welcome
