Blessed with fresh- and saltwater swimming pools and with an ideal location close to the beach and just 4 kms away from Porto Azzurro.

We offer our guests a three-room apartment inside a property that can only be accessed by residents and guests, a stone's throw from the sea and the seawater and freshwater swimming pools; within the complex there is a restaurant, pizzeria and snack bar, bazaar, tennis court and beach volleyball court, WIFI connection areas, deckchair and umbrella rental.

The "Capo d'Arco" apartment sleeps 4/6 has a spacious veranda equipped to spend a good part of the time outdoors; inside there are two bedrooms (1 double + 1 bedroom with single beds that cannot be joined), a living room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed for a total of 4 beds for adults plus 2 for children, a bathroom with shower. Maximum tranquility even in high season.

Important notes:
- The swimming pools and services (bar and minimarket) are open to the public from mid-May to mid-September, in other periods they are NOT accessible.
- Deckchairs and umbrellas for a fee within the complex (it is not possible to use your own). The closest center to the complex for shopping is Porto Azzurro, which is about 5 minutes by car.
- in the Capo D'Arco apartment maximum 6 people
- Rental to people with pets of any size is not permitted
- Deposit (mandatory): 200 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- smoking is prohibited in all our facilities
- Groups of young people under 26 years of age are not allowed - families welcome
