Schiopparello is a little town in the municipality of Portoferraio, immersed in the green of the typical Tuscan countryside among olive groves and vineyards and just over 1 km from the sea. The beach of Schiopparello is located within the bay of Portoferraio, the beach is mostly free, except for a small stretch in concession, and has a small bar. The sunsets behind Portoferraio will give you wonderful views, it is ideal for lovers of relax. At 4 km you can also find the beaches of Lido di Capoliveri and Bagnaia.

Nice and comfortable studio with independent entrance, composed of a single room with kitchenette, complete with four gas burners, oven and fridge with small freezer, with a double sofa bed, a double bed, bathroom with shower and outdoor space on the front equipped with table and chairs and umbrella. Private parking space discovered in the immediate vicinity. New, modern and comfortable furniture.

Important notes:
- The rental of the apartment must be for a maximum of 4 people (max 2 adults + 2 children);
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small/medium sized animals allowed with an extra charge of € 30.00
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- air conditioning on request, for a fee, 10 euros per day
