For those wishing to spend their holidays in Portoferraio, the capital of the Island of Elba, moving comfortably to visit the other areas of the island, this three-room apartment is ideal. A few minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches of the island, such as the "white beaches", Viticcio and L'Enfola, the property is located in a quiet area in the immediate vicinity of several supermarkets and shops. It is an exclusively residential fraction, it extends along the main street in the direction of Campo nell'Elba, a very convenient point for reaching Napoleon's residence in San Martino or the marvelous golden sandy beaches of the Biodola Gulf just 5 km away. In the opposite direction, the provincial road connects you to the east coast, from Rio Marina to Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro.

55 m2 apartment on the first floor of a small building, where there is an entrance terrace shared with the adjacent apartment covered by a portico. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette and sofa, small terrace for exclusive use. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a single bed and a washing machine and an entrance hallway where there is a single bed + single pull-out bed and from where you can access the bathroom with shower (without box). It does not have a private parking space but there is a large free public parking in front of the house.

- Rental for up to 4 adults or 3 adults and 2 children aged 12 or under
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
