The apartment is on the first floor of a small newly built building and consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, small laundry room and terrace. The apartment does not have a parking space, but you can use a large free parking space in front of the house.

- Deposit (mandatory): 350.00 euros; will be refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the condition of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3 p.m.)
- Bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested when booking); not bookable on site
