The historic center of Portoferraio enchants everyone, with its colorful streets, its historical testimonies from different eras, its seaside restaurants and the long promenade along Darsena where you can admire the sea disappearing into the horizon . It develops in height, the lower part where our apartment is located is the most comfortable. In reality, it is only 150 meters from the seaside, although to find a real beach you have to go up to the upper part of the center where Viste beach is located. It is not one of the most famous in the capital but it offers a unique panorama, accompanied by the feeling of infinity of the Gulf which opens onto the continent. If you want to find a postcard sea, with Caribbean seabed and clear waters (we remind everyone that it is a nature reserve), 900 meters away you can reach Ghiaie beach , the first cove of the Costa Bianca of Portoferraio. The historic center is not convenient for those traveling by car, in the evening it becomes a restricted traffic area, we can provide a pass to access the apartment but this would require you to go all the way around the center. However, it is a strategic point for those who want to use the car as little as possible. Within walking distance you have clubs, restaurants, shops and a very lively center especially in the evening, and the beach not too far away. The island's capital is the ideal starting point for those wishing to explore other facets, being centrally located on the East and West coasts.

Apartment with independent entrance on the raised ground floor, consisting of a kitchenette, single sofa bed and TV. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with a single bed plus a second pull-out bed, both without windows but overlooking the living room. In the bedroom there is a bathroom with sink, toilet with shower without bidet and shower with cabin.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not permitted
- check-in from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00 
- air conditioning on request, for a fee, €10 per day
- animals not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure. Travelers on foot who intend to rent bed and bathroom linen are asked to inform our staff at least 7 days in advance.
