Dimora Mascagni are two recently renovated apartments on the second floor of a building with elevator. Strategic position for those who want to move around the island, you will also be close to the best beaches of the White Rocky Coast; less than 1 km away are Le Ghiaie, Padulella and Capo Bianco. An area equipped with all services: supermarket, bars and pubs, snack bars and tobacconist. The novelty of this apartment is that the building has been built with eco-friendly construction methods, integrating and optimizing the use of natural materials with construction techniques suitable for reducing the energy load, in order to obtain a low-consumption and at the same time healthy home for those who live there . The newly built, spacious and bright apartment with exposed beams has a living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with bidet and shower. The apartment does not have a parking space, but you can use the free parking spaces under the house.

Two-room apartment 2/5 people - 50 m2
The spacious and bright newly built apartment with exposed beams consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed with single bed + single pull-out bed, small double bedroom, bathroom with bidet and large floor-level shower.

Important Information:
- Minimum check-in age is 21 years (for young group)
- heating on request, mandatory € 10 per day, available from 01/11 to 01/04
- Check-in from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; Check-in after 8 p.m. has a supplement of €50.00
- small pets allowed with an extra charge of €30 for cleaning
- Deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; will be refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the condition of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3 p.m.)
- Bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested when booking); not bookable on site
- there are actually 6 beds in the two-room apartment on the right. For a family made up of 2 adults + 4 children under the age of 10, we consider accepting the 6th person with a fixed supplement of 15 euros per day
