Portoferraio beyond the many historical hints, Portoferraio including the Torre del Martello, the Forte Stella and the Villa dei Mulini (winter residence of the emperor Napoleon Bonaparte), offers some of the most beautiful beaches on the island: from its white pebble coves and the unmistakable turquoise waters, to the splendid sandy beaches which with the sirocco seem to take us to a Caribbean setting. Those arriving by ferry cannot help but fall in love with the dock and the fortresses that overlook it.

The apartment is located in the pleasant setting of the historic streets of the centre; in a convenient part near the main square. The apartment is inside a building consisting of two units with a comfortable access staircase, ours is on the second and last floor. A rustic, bright environment with high ceilings with exposed beams, and consists of two bedrooms, one double with small TV and access to a small terrace and a double bedroom, kitchen with small TV, living room with single bed and bathroom with shower .

Important Notes:
- check-in from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; for check-in after 20:00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small/medium sized pets allowed with a supplement of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15:00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- remember that the historic center in high season from 7:00 pm becomes a pedestrian area
- pellets in the winter period are the responsibility of the guests
- registration is required even if there is no overnight stay but only a short stop (even less than an hour), therefore we inform guests that it is necessary to communicate in advance any guests present in the structure

For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio. Travellers on foot are asked to inform our staff, in order to organize a more convenient key collection.
