We offer our guests an apartment located on the third floor of a building without a lift, at the corner of the tree-lined avenue that leads to the characteristic Ghiaie beach, an enviable position, in the immediate vicinity various services such as bars, restaurants, shops and a pharmacy as well as the port for foot travellers. It is famous for the incomparable beauty of its seabed, the turquoise colored water which with the south wind seems to take us to a Caribbean setting, its particular white pebbles smoothed by the sea. In the background the Scoglietto, today is a biological protection area, enriching the flora and fauna of our side: a paradise for those in search of fresh, clean water and for snorkelling lovers. Nearby, don't forget the proximity of 3 other masterpieces: the Padulella, Capo Bianco and the wild Sottobomba.

Small and modern apartment located on the third floor in a residential complex. It is composed of an entrance hall, a well-equipped small kitchen on the right with access to the balcony, a living room with sofa and TV on the left. Double room, one double with 2nd pull-out bed, one double. Large bathroom with walk-in shower.

Location information:
- at the corner of viale delle Ghiaie; near the port
- has no parking space but for the 2023 season the Cosimo de Medici car park on the beach will be available free of charge; in addition to the dirt parking lot behind the Guardia di Finanza

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of guys, family welcome)
- pellet stove usable from 30/10
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- travelers on foot are asked to communicate at least 48 hours in advance, in order to be able to organize a smoother check-in based on their needs
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
