An incredible place to go for walks, trekking or outdoor activities such as cycling, admiring the entire city of Portoferraio in the background. You will be in a position equidistant from the Gulf of Lacona, and from the most beautiful places on the White or Green Coast of Portoferraio, such as Le Ghiaie, Capo Bianco, Sansone or Enfola, or from the renowned and well-equipped sandy beach of Lido di Capoliveri. We remind you that it is located a few steps from a branch of the GTE (Grande Traversata Elba) and a short drive from the Roman Villa delle Grotte.

Apartment in a small country house, developed entirely on one floor, the first. It is accessed from a wonderful terrace equipped with a movable barbecue. Internally it offers refined furnishings, having been recently renovated, a small kitchen with a separate living room where there is a sofa. A first double bedroom with cot, and a second double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bidet.

Important Notes:
- only small pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of €30
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not admitted
- the rental must be for a maximum of 4 adults
- deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- if the BBQ is used it should be left clean after each use making sure you have turned it off correctly
