Nice and bright typically Tuscan apartment, with large terrace for exclusive use, in the capital of Elba in a convenient position with respect to the various sides of the island  

We are near the Costa Bianca of Portoferraio, a typically Elban street, with many colorful houses attached to each other. Here you can breathe the rhythms of island life, in the surrounding area you will have all the services, bars/restaurants, supermarket, bus station and the port is not too far away (being 800 meters away, the house is ideal for those who want to have a traveling holiday , even without your own transport). It is the road parallel to that of the beaches, the coves of Capo Bianco and Padulella are 800 meters away on foot along a secondary road with little traffic. Also nearby is the English Fort, which reminds us that it was already a strategic point for defense and trade in the capital.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a small terraced house and offers 55 internal square meters as well as a large equipped terrace on the side. Internally it offers a living room with sofa and TV, small separate kitchen, a lovely double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It does not guarantee a reserved private parking space but the car can be left along the street.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 23 years of age are not admitted
- in cold periods (until mid-April and after October 15th) it is possible to use the pellet stove (the pellets must be purchased) and cleaning is mandatory every morning (including check-out)
- check-in in our offices from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 10.00 am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
