Casa Athena is an apartment located inside a farmhouse, where all the musts are respected: comfort, functionality and stylish furnishings. It develops entirely on a ground floor and overlooks a wonderful garden where for the exclusive use of guests there will be a comfortable BBQ area covered by a canopy and garden furniture. It is located on the main artery that connects the port town of Portoferraio, with its wonderful inlets of the Costa Bianca and the Costa Verde all reachable within 5 km, and the nearby towns on the southern side such as Lacona, Norsi and Lido di Capoliveri all reachable within 7 km. Strategic position also for visiting the Bagnaia side, where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on the island and secluded and private beaches where sailing courses are also organised. You will be 800 meters from the sea, the Lungomare di San Giovanni, a suggestive Gulf where the panorama opens onto the capital of the island, a place where you can enjoy regenerating walks with the view and scent of the sea, getting lost in the uncontaminated nature that enriches this stretch of coast. It is a perfect starting point for those who intend to experience the island at 360°, the house is able to evoke the sensations that the island transmits in its first impact, peace, serenity and a timeless place.

It offers 6 beds (where a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults accompanied by two children are allowed) and is accessed from this wonderful veranda where a bright and fresh living room with kitchenette and sofa has been created. From the living area it is possible to access the two blind bedrooms, the first double bedroom with internal bathroom with shower and bidet, the second with double bed and bunk bed. The apartment is surrounded by a wonderful garden, where the BBQ area with a canopy will allow you to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners even during the hottest hours of the day.

Important Notes:
- small/medium sized pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- air conditioning on request, for a fee, €7 per day to be paid on site
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not admitted
- rental for a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children
- deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
