Two-room cottage just 50 meters from the delightful sandy beach of Forno, a small hamlet of Portoferraio in the beautiful Gulf of Biodola, independent apartment surrounded by greenery, with a large terrace and sea view. Ideal for families as well as for nature lovers, who can take advantage of the paths in the Mediterranean scrub starting a few meters from the front door.

The "Prado" consists of: independent entrance, living room with kitchenette and 2 single beds, bedroom with double bed and single bed, bathroom with tub / shower and equipped terrace with sea view.

Distances from the beaches:
- 50 meters from Forno beach - from Scaglieri beach: 400 meters; from the Biodola beach: 600 meters on foot; from the
Procchio beach 6 km; from the Lacona beach: 13 km

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (for groups of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets of any size (on request) with a supplement of € 30.00 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
