Complex of 5 apartments (4 two-room apartments and a three-room apartment, all with a maximum of 4 beds) in an agricultural context immersed in the quiet of the Schiopparello hill, a seaside location convenient for touring the various slopes

You will be surrounded by greenery, in the rural part of the island surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, on the side that connects Portoferraio to Rio and Capoliveri / Porto Azzurro. It offers a quiet escape with panoramic views of Portoferraio and breathtaking sunsets as well as a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for those who want to explore the quieter and less touristy areas of Elba that are nearby: Spiaggia delle Prade at 1 km, Norsi at 4 km, Acquarilli and Margidore at 5 km. Or who want to orient themselves towards more touristic and well-known locations, such as Bagnaia at 4 km, Lido di Capoliveri at 5 km, or the white rock part of Portoferraio such as Le Ghiaie at 8 km.
The complex is located a few steps from a farmhouse that in addition to the restaurant service also offers a poolside bar / lounge.

You will find 4 two-room apartments, all with 2/4 beds, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bidet and living room with sofa bed (only the Two-room Apartment No. 1 does not have a sofa but two single beds). Only one three-room apartment always with 3/4 beds but double bedroom (double and double with single pull-out bed). Each apartment has an outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, and a large shared pergola and BBQ. Private and assigned uncovered parking space.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people must have a minimum age to check-in of 21 years (all participants)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small/medium-sized pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30 for cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- in case of use of the outdoor BBQ, it must be left clean after each use (for good neighborly rules), otherwise we would have to withhold 50 euros from the security deposit
