We offer our customers a modern two-room apartment, with large open spaces, perfect for those seeking a relaxing and peaceful holiday, the right place for a full immersion in nature. We are near Porto Azzurro, near Reale beach, an intimate and reserved cove of about 100 meters, unique of its kind because, despite not being particularly long, it offers both a part of fine sand mixed with gravel, and areas of small pebbles and stones, surrounded by thick Mediterranean vegetation that gives it a wild look, despite the lack of services including a rental of deck chairs and umbrellas, two refreshment points, a rental of rafts, canoes and pedal boats or underwater activities. Through a short natural path along the Reale cliff, where it is possible to view an old abandoned mine, you will arrive at the Terra Nera beach, in another 10 minutes you can reach the suggestive Laghetto, a magical and surreal mining well, thanks to the chromatic contrast as well as to the tranquility of the cove.

Very comfortable one bedroom apartment on the raised ground floor of about 48 m2 recently renovated, consisting of a living room with modern kitchen and double sofa bed, a double bedroom with single pouf bed (ideal only for a child), bathroom with shower and washing machine. The property includes a large fenced outdoor terraced area for dining.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under the age of 21 are not admitted
- the lease must be for a maximum of 4 adults + child
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- as in all our properties smoking is prohibited inside them
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
