We are in Porto Azzurro, a lively tourist port overlooking an incredible Gulf, where the sea opens up to the horizon creating a postcard-like scenery. Here you will find numerous services: dinghy rental to visit the coast, typical restaurants, bars and many evening events organized by the municipality that brighten up the atmosphere. The beaches of the Porto Azzurro district, located on the island of Elba, are known for their natural beauty and the variety of landscapes offered. Among the most popular are Reale (about 2 km), Barbarossa (about 1.5 km), Terra Nera (2.5 km), Lido di Capoliveri (4.5 km), and those directly overlooking the town such as La Rossa and Pianotta (500/800 m). The location is slightly away from the center, reachable in a few minutes on foot, and guarantees you a quiet location away from the noise of the pedestrian center.

This is a three-room apartment for 5 adults + child of 60 square meters with large outdoor spaces, a large terraced courtyard equipped with a table for outdoor lunches and dinners, all developed on the ground floor. The living area boasts a modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher and a double sofa bed (the same is ideal for 1 adult, or 2 children). There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin with bunk beds. Both access the outdoor space, one at the front and one at the back. Bathroom with shower, bidet and window. It does not have a parking space but nearby you will find a large public car park. Services within walking distance are also a children's playground and supermarket/pharmacy.

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in is 21 (aimed at groups of young people)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 8:00 pm, a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- pets not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
